I'm a huuuge psychological horror fan, and anything with themes of depression and/or anxiety is immediately gonna draw me in cos I've struggled with both for most of my life, haha. I always find it really interesting to experience other people's artistic expressions of that sorta stuff, and this was no exception :3
The bleak and heavy atmosphere throughout was suffocating in the most delightful way, the art was absolutely gorgeous and definitely suited the unnerving feeling of the entire thing, and the music fit perfectly. The way everything is laid out on the screen works so well to hammer home that feeling of oppressiveness that you get with depression in the sense that it restricts your view, stops you from seeing clearly, and traps you in a small space that can often seem impossible to escape from.
I keep thinking that if I decide to participate in Spooktober next year, I will maybe put myself forward just to join a team to make a soundtrack rather than keep leading projects if anyone would have me, but it would have to be the sort of project that really grabs me, and something like this would be absolutely that! I would have adored to take a shot at making a soundtrack for it x3 Though, as I said, I do think the music you used was spot-on!
