The LCD display looked really great, loved the shadowing effect. Really took me back to playing those kinds of handheld games as a kid!

It would have been nice if some of the other buttons were clickable, and also if the button had a slight animation on press.

Thanks! Totally agree. Couldn't get the buttons to look decent when clicked on, though. But that's just me being lazy.

would have loved to be able to press the buttons on the on/off and music and stuff.

It took me a while to understand what exactly to do but also once I did, I could exploit the direction buttons as well as the a/d to make it press more time.

didn’t want to bend the rules by making more than two buttons clickable. So, they needed to be scrapped.

I think having the main mechanic of tghe game being 2 buttons was fine, but I understand not wanting to test the rules too much xD

Love the aesthetics. I'm from a can only afford tiger electronics kind of family, so this is pure nostalgia. A+
