Unfortunately, I wasn't able to figure out what the controls actually did. After a lot of trial and error (and eventually finding the instructions) I figured out that clicking on the blue light with the faces makes it go from a smiley face to a frownie face and back, but I wasn't able to see any effects it might be having on traffic, either vehicles or pedestrians.
I confess that it took me a while to understand the game, but when I understood the mechanics I thought it was brilliant, very innovative! The art is very beautiful too.
Cool game, at first I could not understand the concept but I figured it out, the game play was simple , but fun, Nice Game !
quite a cool game! never played a game like this before. the only thing missing was sound fx other than that great game!
