I already have a robot-centric game made for a different jam I'd love to share with the fellow robot enjoyers here, but I don't actually know if itch allows you to submit multiple projects for a jam or not.
There's nothing in the jam rules that doesn't allow you to submit more than one game and itch allows you to submit more than one game to the same jam. I'm not sure if there's a spam filter of some sort though so you might be careful with submitting large quantities of games at once.
