Final Tally now begins. We will soon reveal how the winners will be announced, as well as open the Community Favorite Poll (it will be a Google Form that will only allow one vote per email address)!
A game can both PLACE (by the judges) and WIN Community Favorite (by you all). What they cannot do is win both First and Second, etc. There can also be no tie for Placing (the way we have scoring set up it's almost completely impossible), but technically two or more can be the Community Favorite Award (they will have to split the $150 Community Chest).
At the end of the voting, when the winner is announced, the results will be made public for transparency (even if Steel has to screenshot his screen XD).
