I... kind of got stuck after collecting all the items. Where do I need to go? The city is pretty and the mini-games to collect the various things are fun enough. There does seem to be some issues with the hitbox of the scissor mini-game, but after a while I learned to correct for it.

You should use the purple dye (the description should mention it's usable) and then get a cutscene in town to go the sanctuary. If you're in the sanctuary, it should automatically play.
As for the scissor mini-game, I did follow a tutorial and I can't figure out for the life of me how to adjust the hit box (despite using the same size images from the tutorial). o.o
