Very cute!

"Lonely Planet" (a bedtime poem)  is an interactive poem/game by illest_terminal (twitter). It's got a beautiful haunting backtrack like a small singing ghost. I believe it's a bitsy game that may even help you get to sleep. The creator describes it as being about "childhood loneliness and a sense of wonder". You can play through it in your desktop browser or on your phone. The art looks great it's very enticing in a pixel black and white and cool blues way. It made me think of the children's book "Goodnight Moon" but in a very good way. You play as an alien looking humanoid in your bedroom. It's sweet, and cute, and poignantly bittersweet. Honestly, I think you could take the illustrations and the poem and make a really great sweet sci-fi children's book. (That a lot of adults would buy because it's soothing in the right way). Nothing is sweeter than seeing the little alien go to bed. Please play this one, it's so adorable and did actually make me yawn!

I didn't actually first play before bed and that was a mistake, I think. I'll be sure to tonight!
