  • I liked the way the game was laid out, and rushing to create orders was a lot of fun! I do think that the time to finish orders before expiring was a little long and made it a little too easy.

Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?
Yes

Seriously... did you include your Game Design Document?
Yeah, as external link

Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
Yes

Check new orders at the top, then find right color ingredients and take them one by one to cauldrons in the middle. Once all the ingredients are in the cauldron, take the potion to the orders table at the top.

Controls are on the game page.

Extra Notes
It can be played alone, or in couch co-op or in hard-core mode, where you control both characters.

Press M key to mute the music (the music was allowed to use in commercial games, but it might still get flagged by bots).

Love seeing these multiplayer games in the jam. Controller support is very and the game itself plays very nicely for two players. As you mentioned split screen logic would be nice.

Only critic I have is the game should have a fullscreen as when I was playing with a friend the arrow key player would keep scrolling the page up and down.

Other than that great job!

Thanks. Fullscreen is added now.

Extra ideas that we didn't have time to add into the prototype were some extra NPC wizards that sometimes get access to work area, make some random mess with cauldrons, and move elements around.
Also, split screen logic for two player game, extra missions with "surprise" recipes and a good variety of effects on completing levels. And more custom room design with some obstacles and game menu with settings.
