  • Cool, fun and easy to learn gameplay concept that, while perhaps lacking in scalability in the later missions leading to a lack of legitimate challenge, introduces its concepts quickly and appropriately while also using the intelligent and clean UI to make sure that the player always knows what to do and when to do it to succeed. If you fail, you know immediately it's because you f**ked up. With a budget and some more time this could be a real hit.

It took me a while to realize that I needed to let time pass before moving forward on the game haha. Once I worked that out and learned to trust the game a bit, I had quite a lot of fun! Simple, engaging, roguelike-ish puzzles.

I love that gameplay loop

Really well done design. The genre became clear very quickly and once I figured out all the controls (which took some experimentation), I got to enjoy it fully. Fantastic game.

Eventually figured out reading things is a good idea haha. The game is extremely clean and well put together in all aspects, and the chaos when there's a lot of fire you need to manage is a very fun feeling for a game. Only gripe I'd have is you being locked into an action once you choose it, even if it's by accident, which kinda sucks but that's literally it. Solving the puzzles of the levels were fun (2 star'd level 3, failed on level 4, wish I had more lightning rods). All in all, great game.

Once you understand the mechanics, this game is actually very clever and entertaining. I like the art style and the colors, which are easy to distinguish from each other. Love to see someone with a similar take on the theme :) Good work!
