We actually downloaded the game because of the name of it.
Couldn't
I checked out the page, and from your description it seems like there should be some doctors around, but all I see is a person on a stretcher. The only thing I can do is move in four directions until I hit a wall or the cube in the middle. I even tried interacting with the cube, but nothing happened.
