I got to the parkour section and I didn't understand how to get higher (probaply it's the end but there's no endgame screen). F5 is a feature I think - it can be abused to pass lasers easily just by spamming it and moving in wanted direction. So it would be nice to see a level that requires this and can't be beaten without F5. The game teach you it's mechanics.

Overall, a good but short game.

Heck yeah! yeah that's the end! It basically just lets you jump around the whole outside of the level. Also you're correct! F5 is a feature meant to be a bit abusable along with F9 (which returns you to your last F5). Of course, I had some other funner ideas of where to go with all of this, but I didn't have time to implement them.

I hope you had fun! I may make an update with more to do and less janky gameplay, but only if people really want it. I'm working on another game of mine right now which is a much larger scale project, I just wanted to do this jam cause it'd be fast and give me some experience.

Hehehehe, hell yeah!!

I really wanna see other parts of the game... but it's just too difficult for me to complete this one section near the start. The checkpoints make it hard to get to where I assume I'm supposed to be going, but I can't tell where I am supposed to be going.

I really wanna give this game a good rating because it looks really polished for a game made in 72 hours. If you explain to me where I'm supposed to be going maybe I'll give it another try later

Oh man, sorry for the late reply.
The signs on the wall are meant to teach you that you have full control over the checkpoints. You have the power! You can make a save point with F5 and go back to your last point with F9. Also remember you can jump up walls!! As long as you remember that, you can make it anywhere you can dream of!

so that is what f5 does! I thought it did nothing. Thanks for the tip, that helps a lot

help, can't get past this part... whenever I press f9 to respawn I respawn here when it feels like I'm supposed to go a different way towards the red lasers

Again, I'm sorry for the late reply, but check my other response to you! Also don't worry if you get stuck in that room. There are 2 ways out! One is just a bit worse (temporarily) than the other :)

When I mean stuck I mean I thought the way to progress was through that room but there was nothing in the room lol. Just a misinterpretation, thanks for telling me about the f5 thing :D

Developer(+1)

That's totally fair, and no worries. Thank you so much for playing!! I know it's rough but it was fun to make, and there's a possibility I'll make an update for it in the future.
