Just to keep the organisers busy, does this rule means that the games "must have English as one of their languages" or that they "must be only in English language"? are multilanguage games allowed?
Hmm - ok: they need to be entirely readable and playable in English. By which we mean: content can be duplicated in another language but all game content must be available (and primarily) in English.
I have a character blurting out some things in finnish, that you don't need to understand, while often stoping himself and repeating things or something similar in English to you. I will count that under "primarily".
