The slow transition between the two opposing worlds blurs the line of the differences between them which makes me wonder which side I should be on! I like the intensity of both versions of the track and agree with a previous commenter that the long build-up feels quite cinematic. Good work and thank you for sharing!

Description
It's a mix of orchestral music and weird, trashed synths.
It starts off with an orchestral theme with the idea of it resembling one world, then it turns to weird crunchy synths that resemble the second world, later the two combine/collide and play together.
The idea behind the orchestra was a hopeful world that stands against the evil from other worlds. The synths are the evil and the two worlds collide and go to war. Evil consumes the orchestra world and turns the orchestral instruments into weird crunchy sounding versions of the original. However, the orchestra does not go down without a march for their world.
The DAW I used is FL Studio. I used the BBC Symphony Orchestra for the orchestral parts along with the Project Sam Free Orchestra, however it is only used for the cymbals. I used some pretty basic synthesizer plugins and played around with them. To add that evil, powerful and destructive feeling I used iZotope Trash 2 on the synths and later the orchestra as well.
The drums are made with EZDrummer 2 and in the second part the drums also have iZotope Trash 2 on them.
The string like synth in the second part is made with the Solina V2 plugin, you may recognize the sound or think it sounds similar to Clint Eastwood by Gorillaz, they used the same synthesizer with just a couple different settings. I thought I'd leave it in anyway because I like the sound of it.
There's a low pad in the song as well, this is just a simple Harmor preset called Aquarius which even with it's simplicity, is probably one of my favorite synths to use as a background pad.
I used PoiZone for the bass arp synth, I tweaked a couple of settings and put some iZotope Trash 2 on it as well. I believe I used the ''Digital Bump Harder'' preset since it gave me the right result right out of the box.
Unfortunately I used a digital guitar for the guitar parts. I really didn't want to do this but I didn't have enough time to setup my gear to record my own guitar so I went with the Odin II plugin with Guitar Rig 6 on top.
I had a busy schedule and could only work on this for a couple of hours so aside from the bad mix and unbalanced parts, I do think that for 48 hours this could've been worse. For me it's all about the learning experience.
Artist comment:
I learnt two big things from this jam: Time management is key & don't go to the ikea because you'll be stuck there for hours.
Theme:
How does it fit the theme?
The orchestra resembles one world and the synths resemble the other. The two worlds collide with each other and go to war and the instruments battle it out.
