It's a nice proof on concept for it.
I think the sex scenes would be deserving of a few dialogues and added effect.
Right now it seems more like a puzzle game than a strategy came and there was not really any difficulty aspect to it. So maybe adding slight RNG could at least make you think about some situation more or some other way to spice up the gameplay.
Perhaps you could also do something like a lust bar for enemies, so you can defeat some by "seducing" them.
Anyway good job on your release for the jam!
Hey, big tactics fan here.
I liked the game concept and it looks really nice. To give some feedback that could be useful, and not to repeat something you probably alreaady know yourself:
- I really like when you first learn these different enemies alone and then meet them in a pack. Though it was not clear that a tentacle monster even has a ranged attack, no way to read that info explicitly in the game.
- I think, at least a bit of randomness will make levels less determenistic and more interesting to strategize. Because for now you open a level and already know - aha, I can kill each dog in one hit and that just attack this big guy because he will never even strip me from armor 1v1
And I wish you good luck improving it! This is a great base for a future larger game.
Thanks for the feed back! I'm currently improving action point system and gonna make more skill to work next. stay tune for update!
I'd love to see this eventually become a full title. Great concept 👍
thanks! I'm definitely have plan for make it into a full title.
The concept seems quite interesting. The biggest issue I see right now is that you have to click on the edge of the squares, which is pretty confusing. I ended up clicking randomly for a while until the game did something XD. Anyway, I understand that you put a lot of effort into it, and there wasn't much time in a 9-day game jam, so great job!
I just fix that issue now, it happen because the player mouse wont register click if click on UI sprite, so i change all of sprite into Game Object sprite instead. now player can click on sprite or tile without problem, thanks for feed back!
Great! Best of luck with the project, it has a lot of potential.
