How "furry" does the game need to be?

Hello - I'm considering creating a game where the characters are human in appearance as first but some main characters shift into bears during the story (think werebear). Is this okay or must the characters be traditional anthro characters?

Thanks.

Hey there! Werebears sound like a pretty furry inclusion to me, I say go for it!

For posterity's sake, since I'm sure you wont be the only one with a question like this, here's a broader answer. Nailing down what furry enough means includes defining what exactly furry is. You'd be hard pressed to find a definition that everyone agrees on, so instead, ask yourself this question. Would you label your own work as furry, or would you recommend it to an audience of furries? If so, then I'd say its furry enough.

That makes sense, alright - thank you again for your answer!
