A few bugs unfortunately, but a very original and fun concept. The battle theme is great too !
Really novel concept, love the game environment solely being referenced by your computer and what files it has, essentially turning your computer into a dungeon of its own, nice little turn-based card battler game!
almost get a heart attack when i see my own file's name in the game. XD
and it's so creative and fun! I love the idea.
Game is SUPER creative and I really like it! Although I did find myself without a damaging card too often, got carried hard by my .sql files for some reason HAHA
Oh my god, you turned my computer into an entire game world! That’s freaking amazing! My game also has similar elements—thank you for the inspiration!
OTK'd the final boss (on easy) with my game's assets lol. Love the concept though it does feel like there wasn't much room for strategy. Still, very creative.
Pretty cool and polished game.
The text is a little bit small so it's hard to read sometimes.
At first it's a little bit confusing but once you undertand it it's pretty fun, this game is underrated, it deserves a lot more love.
Great job and good luck with development!
I also think that old files that you don't use for so long from your computer could count as remnants of the past, good take on the theme.
Bugs that I found when it was too late to fix them:
clearerr
card effect does not work correctly (the erased cards come back and future battles may be corrupted)I really like the idea of using the files on your PC as both items you can use and literally exploring your PC. I've never seen something like that before. Probably the most creative and fun game i've tried in the jam so far.
