Wowowow. So incredible in scope and execution. I so enjoyed ... everything about this.
Favorite parts:
-the radio and the way that the music played into the characters and situation. ALSO way to leverage the genre of elevator music in a groovy hub area kinda way.
-the character descriptions and illustrations... WOW. So. much. flavor. Even the state of the rooms reflected the character attributes.
-I think what sealed it for me was realizing the structure of bringing them back to the elevator ... and really looking forward to each new character
Great work!
Fish Chiesa
Box of Mushrooms
Absolutely amazing. I loved all the music and the story and writing was so well done. Also the character designs were so unique and cool.
Amazing narrative experience with exceptional music!
Really touching entry, loved the music and was really drawn in by the characters. Really gets you thinking.
Only issue: Thought I had a bug with the game, but I just didn't realize I had to press E to get started, and one of the levels it took me awhile to remember to jump! Otherwise excellent!
This is so beautiful. I didn't expect to care about these characters so much - they all feel like real people. You conveyed so much with simple sprites and animations. Poor Guy :( He just wanted to help.
My only critique is that the text could have been larger and taken up more of the screen to be easier to read. Also, great use of the optional themes!
