in almost all of the game jams you have to make your game for windows atlist

is the game MUST be atlist able to run on windows?

As mentioned in the the other thread, you may build for any platform. From the FAQ:

• Is there a specific platform/game engine we need to build our games for? 

No specific platform or engine is required! But the more platforms the more people can play your game. Typically web based games will be played more.
