Great idea! The music and visuals created a nice ambiance. I found the movement controls a little difficult - I felt like I moved faster or jumped higher at some points compared to others which made the movement a little unpredictable. It also would have been nice to have some UI or feedback for the X-RAY ability so I would know when it was ready to use again. Overall nice job!

Nice game! I liked the execution for the most part, the atmospheric music and colors worked well together, the concept and UI were both clean and well-delivered, and the fact that the game is procedural is always nice for a concept like this!

Looked and sounded pretty nice, but could have maybe used a bit more visual oomph when landing, or given more of an indication to the friction level comparatively to indicate that important gameplay element before it's too late and one tosses themselves off of a platform.

(At first, I was blown away by the mention of "the 4th, 5th, and 6th dimensions", so I was a bit disappointed when I wasn't actually going to get a crazy 2D projection of a higher-dimensional world on my screen, but the game was fun and did what it needed to given the premise, so don't let that get you ;P )

Thanks a lot for your review! I apologise for not meeting your expectations as one might percieve when reading the description. I would love learn about some crazy tesseracts and hyper spheres coming in and going out of the 3D world, but it would've taken a lot longer, so I settled with simple switching rather than literal shape shifting transition.

I really regret now for not adding some camera shake or particles when landing. I love the idea of adding an indication to let the player know about the friction or the time left till they can xray again, I don't know why we didn't think of this during the jam! (Lesson learnt: take feedback from multiple people about a game!)

Thanks a lot for the suggestions! I really appreciate the them! Again, thanks a lot for playing the game!

Yeah man, no worries about not literally making a hyperdimensional game, it was just my surprised and intrigued brain being hasty. Good stuff all around : )

The game is pretty fun. It's cool that you managed to make the levels procedural, meaning you could have unlimited gameplay time, but also being able to play the same seeds as others. I liked the audio design as well. One thing I wish for is that there would be checkpoints as I found the game quite hard.

A little confusing at first, but it got pretty fun when I got used to shifting between platforms. The movement feels a little hard to control for me, but that might just be a personal thing. Interesting use of the color palette. The music sounds cool and the game design is good. Nice job.

Thanks a lot for the review! The movement intentionally gets harder to control as your progress through levels (the friction reduces). This is done to add some extra dimension to the game so that once a player get's used to shifting, they have a challenge to make sure the don't fall off as they advance! I hope you found it fun! Again, thanks for considering to play the game!

Nice use of the theme and a really appealing color palette, also good work on the audio, good job you two!
