They didn't lie, that astronaut do have a gun
Very cruel how only one weapon can hurt enemies, and both share a reload timer, but it absolutely captures the feeling of propelling yourself through space with a gun!

Yeah, the reload timer, the sound, the non- tiling map, all stuff that wasn't intended, but this is the first game I ever developed, so Im happy. Im glad you enjoyed!
Pretty fun game. Difficulty scaling would be nice, since I wasn't able to get more than a few portals, but it's still a solid entry.
Also the AudioStreamPlayer2D playing the shot gun sound seems to be stationary in the middle of the game.

I got exactly what I hoped from the title. Great use of zero-G, and quite challenging with the limited ammo. I noticed there was an end to the background. Having an unbounded play area with a tiled image would be my suggestion to maintain the illusion of an endless void. Nice job.
