The idea is great, but I didn't understand the controls at first ^^'
I liked the gamplay and the way how you present a story through enviroment, for a moment it truly feels as i am a ticket inspector, but some parts are unclear, i.e. i always struggle to find other guys except first
Sorry for the confiusion, didn't have time to implement a proper tutorial to the game so it's all crammed in the description. There are always 2 types of bad guys per round, one on the wanted board (with inactive ticket) and the "destroyer" ( will have an active ticket, and will make the screen blink to hop and destroy an object in the bus) so basically when the screen blinks you'll need to take a look at ticket validators to see which one is he at and shoot him. Might be a bit confusing but hope you understand.
Now i finally could pass first level! Thanks. This game a little bit too hard for me, but really engaging =)
Couldn't figure out how to discover who the bad guys were (much like in real life!!)
Fixed the issue with sensitivity, default is 50 now.
for all these people looking for the sensitivity issue: i found 45 to be a good value.
about my rating:
nice idea to make the ticket inspector one of the evil guys by letting him shoot people that don't have a ticket :)
riding the bus is a great idea of special object implementation.
I had problems figuring out why or when the engine breaks and how to prevent / fix that.
The ambient audio is nice, the device audio is annoying :D
visuals are okay'ish for the short amount of time and the fact, that your game is in 3D :)
Tried playing through for about 10 minutes trying different sensitivities for the mouse. It was still very challenging for me to move around and to also use any of my tools accurately. I tried wandering around on the bus for a while trying to remember the controls. Due to the current load of the game, there are no controls on the game itself, and they can only be found in the description. However, the description and the game cannot be seen at the same time as it auto-loads to max window when you choose to select the game. So I tried playing by switching between tabs to keep track of the controls which made for a slightly clunky experience.
On the positive side of things, the concept itself is very strong. I can think of all the times I've been on a train or bus, seeing the ticket inspector come for me and felt dread despite fully knowing I do indeed have a ticket and nothing to fear. Funny concept. Just needs a little polishing in the sensitivity and functionality departments - all easy fixes with enough time.
