Great entry, it gives you context and a clear tutorial. The game has great art and fantastic music! there was some issues with hit feedback, I couldn't tell if the enemy was taking damage alot of the time. I think the game needs a fast forward button, some of the pirates move super slow so I spent most of the time playing waiting. but honestly the waiting wasnt that bad with a song that enjoyable

Developer

Thanks for the feedback, I'll make sure to polish it when I work more on the game.

It's good that there's a tutorial, but does it take so freaking long? Unskippable text, slow camera panning, slow walking pirates. I already wanted to quit before the game started. Now I didn't, because I did want to give you some feedback about the actual game. Moving with WASD would be a nice addition. You said there was movement with the mouse, but I could only do it with the arrow keys. The build menu is alright. Maybe change the order a bit, so that people don't just build a bunch of traps and no resource generating building. I placed another zap trap, a stone generator and a wood generator. It did kill quite a few pirates, but I still lost.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll make sure to add a skippable tutorial and fix the mouse movement.

The game does need a tutorial, but the pace of the current tutorial is just really slow; I would recommend fixing that. If you make it skippable, it isn't clear how to play the game.

Developer

What I meant to say is that I would add a skip button over the intro to the important parts of the tutorial. So if you just want to get into the game, you can skip all the not so important parts.
