Fun game! Its a small detail but I like the brief pause before enemy drops start falling, it makes blasting them more satisfying. I have no idea how you got 42000 you must live and breathe coffee
really nice art style, I got 24000 ish score, cool concept makes me remember previous game jam that one resource only, and I accidentally found out that you can pause the game when coffee break end and I just stuck there and can't click continue or restart, but hey cool game!
I love how destroying enemies gives you new ammo; ammo and HP being the same is truly a unique concept. My highscore was around 38000.
I like the paint aesthetic, the music and the coffee theme. Plus your HP and ammo being the same is a pretty cool concept. I think you should add that you shoot with spacebar somewhere in the instructions. But a fun, short game!
I originally had the player at that speed, but it was hard to get from one corner to the other in a reasoable time, so then I upped the speed, but that lost precision, so I decided to make it so that you slow down when shooting. The idea came from similar games like touhou and bullet heaven. Glad that you found the game fun. :)
Good day! Sounds and music are cool. It's great that there are sound settings. There are a few animations and effects missing. The idea is cool, to hold out until the coffee break! My highscore is 27900!
