I added small collectable points which increase your size a bit after every point taken, which makes it harder for the player to dodge the obstacles.

Nice minimal game, but a little bit too simple. I would love to see the different speed of the ball in each color.
Chromatic aberration a little bit strong though, but motion blur would be suitable for the game in this case.
