Use of the limitation
The health of the planet is used as energy because the regulations don't allow one to build stuff if it makes the atmosphere reach a certain pollution level. It is necessary to keep the planet clean to continue building.

I think you should rather take some time to develop this instead of rushing it in a jam

The concept is quite interesting but it's overscoped.

Also consider exporting it for html so it's more accesible

I have actually tried to export it to the web, but this was the first time I ever used Unity to export a game and was unable to get it working...

The unity html export option is quite buggy in my experience, only way I got it to work was to use a different pc

I use godot now and can export normally

Technically speaking,  that "health of the planet" is just money in disguise. And with that this game is basically an ordinary tower defense but with it's in-game currency named "health".

Personally, I really don't think this meets the limitation  properly.
