Cool game!
I had some troubles figuring out the mechanics, I thought the game is broken for a while. But I think it goes like this: the customers sometimes take a long time to get to you, so you have time to look at the monsted under the desk to make it calm?
Either way, looks good, the idea is there, just needed a bit more time, but that's jams for ya!
