I really enjoyed this game! I liked the use of limited colors and that the enemy designs looked like targets. The bullet bouncing physics felt really nice and catching the bullet was quite satisfying.
I think this game could be elevated with one or two additional enemies to add a bit more variety - maybe something with a ranged attack to make dodging more important. I also think the bottle enemies that follow the player could have used a bit of pathfinding logic to prevent them from getting stuck on other enemies/obstacles as they tended to get stuck and end up not being a threat. Otherwise, it was very fun!
really fun game! I love the unique art, reminds me of old Game & Watch Systems, its super neat and stylized! I can def see this being a full game! it has alot of potential! the only main issue I have right now is its easy to cheese the enemies, I can just shoot and get my bullet back if I shoot right in front of them. I think having more enemy variety like more health or can only be hit at certain sides could've helped that issue!
also sometimes the enemies that follow you just- get stuck, on object or enemies, would be nice if they could move around objects, or detect something in front of them, and then move around a different path?
either way super neat game, hope this gets more dev time after the jam cause I can see this being a really outstanding game!
This game has good graphics and fits the theme. Nice!
