This was fun! Was super tough at some point to get further since there were no humans coming to replenish my health. But good job on finishing a game and doing your own art for it!

I think an easy way to improve it and make it feel more satisfying would be to add sounds and music.
I like the game! I think it's follows the theme well and the gameplay scales difficulty well. I think one thing to add would be a game over screen so players can check their score and maybe even high score.
