Like there is a theme there, can i make the game now or wait until the jam start?

There is a prerequisite that is announced when the jam starts. its like an extra theme to make inside the desert theme. and the rules say no starting before the jam starts

 You can use premade snippets iirc. Though I think it has to be available for everyone (I'd assume open source stuff. Like templates and plugins)
