Please describe how your game fits with the theme of the MGDP Game Jam.
You play as a lost soul trying to cross the Acheron.

During your journey you will meet various souls and take them with you on this journey!

You can choose whether to use their power to make your journey easier, or take more time and try to save them all! The choice is yours!
There are also the Blaziers where you could leave the soul and use it as checkpoint, or take them with you!

Sorry for the dropbox link (you don't need to login) the file was bigger then 1GB... like 1.1GB

I'm sure you will be good game developer in future with this high potential. Movement or camera blinks (visual bug) feels weird but its jam so i will ignore these bugs. I tried 15 times I can't beat the game, realized music isn't looping and die (discord) sound effect drives me crazy every time. :D I can't understand checkpoint logic, simply i don't take it but dying puts me to start point.

thanks for the detailed review =)   you are right the checkpoint  isn't explained very well  if you consumne the soul in the blazier you will not be able to use it as checkpoint! is one of the choose you have to make "Saving the soul by collecting them" or "Leave the souls there and have a valuable checkpoint"!

anyway if you didn't manage to finish it, you could watch the youtube video linked in the page, if you want!

It was like Princes of Persia, but the control was a bit difficult. And I found my laptop lag in the middle of the game :(

But well done!!

yeah, i put a lot vfx, if you don't have a good gpu it will give you problems... i think the water is really heavy too

Character control mechanics could be a little more flexible.When I jump in one direction, it goes a long way in that direction.Other than that, you did a pretty good job.And i like the idea.Well done!
