I don't think there would be any problem. Altough, they require people to sign up for their own website (https://www.magarajam.com) in order to attend. They also have a Discord channel (https://discord.gg/qDw7v8se) where they post updates and hang out. It's only in Turkish at the moment but I'm sure they would love to have anyone from anywhere.
