How does your game fit the theme?
Both lore (Character really needs to take a deeep breath) and mechanics: if you do actions fast you start running out of air and everything becomes dizzy. If you take it easy you actually get to know the other hikers and enjoy the views. Also the climbing mechanics are meant to be done while taking deep breaths and not in a hurry.
