Did you work in a team?
I worked alone, and I produced all of the games code and assets by myself. This was a very fun experience, and I look forward to potentially joining this jam next year!

Was the resolution a challenge?
I designed my entire game idea from the ground up focusing on the resolution, which lead to a lot of interesting design choices. For example, the player sprite is only 3x3 pixels, and I created the 3x4 font myself because I couldn't find a suitable one online. I also tried to condense information as much as possible; I find that a lot of games on pico-8 (which also has a small resolution, though not quite as small) are too busy and cramped, so I went with a minimalistic graphical style for my game, and I think it turned out well.

What did you learn?
I learned a lot about some Godot features I hadn't tried, especially with animations and saving and loading files. I also just learned a lot about myself and my own workflow, which is handy information for the future.

Thanks! Sorry about your scores not getting saved, I couldn’t figure out how to get that working in the browser within the time limit. Glad you liked my music too, I do my best!

Fun, simple! Pretty hard. It's fun to figure out how to get faster times.
