The concept is really good and fits the theme. The art work is nice and the level design interesting.I'm not sure I fully understood the mechanics behind the gameplay, but I had a good time collecting materials to purchase upgrades from the shop.

Became the rat king and tried to wait for enough resources for the laboratory, but at some point houses stopped appearing and I wasn't getting any more resources. Killed all the rats and became the king of sorrows.

Hey, interesting effort in making this game! The house and floor background looks pretty cool and the music definitely matches with the environment. However, I recommend you guys write the controls somewhere in the game or in the description for next time as I had no idea how to play the game. It took me a bit to understand the basic controls, but even then I only knew how to walk around and nothing about saving the houses. Overall good effort in making this game, especially with the limited time you guys had.
