It's a very interesting concept, never seen a game like this before. Very slice of life with football, I like it! It looks like you put a lot of thought on making it simple yet there are many details. 

I like how much sim elements there are for the whole life of the player. I haven't seen something like this done for soccer before. 

I absolutely LOVE the main idea and how it binds both field and out-of-field activities. It is a bit rough here and there but I see a lot of potential here. If you're planning to work on this further I'll be really happy to follow all the way :)
