It appears that the time has been changed from two days to seven?
It seems strange to give a whole five days, i'd understand half an extra day to get the submissions in, but after spending 48 hours with plans and terms set at 48 hours it seems quite unfair to expand the window frame all of a sudden in the last thirty minutes that much?
But that is just my opinion.
