A unique take on the theme and a very creative murder mystery. The art could use some work and sound/music would've been nice but it was a fun experience overall.

Nice little experience and good job getting the artwork done. I would have loved to hear some sounds in there but I totally understand time restrictions and whatnot, all in all a good experience!

I really liked it and my friend and I had a great time playing it. The actual plot was very far fetched though.

Additionally, I don't think aseprite is the tool you should use. Because you didn't really make pixel-art and aseprite is mainly optimized for pixel-art.

Really well-thought out mystery.  Sometimes the questions it asked were not the questions I wanted to answer haha.  I thought that the way you used the theme was must different from most of the games--it was part of the story's narrative rather than a mechanic.  That was different and I liked the idea.

Reminds me of a lot of old Newgrounds and ArmorGame games I'd play.
