The Jam description states that you have to use the listed assets, but for Unity only?
You are not forced to use unity but if you use an other engine, you can find similar assets compatible with your engine.
I have actually been working on a game using those assets. Am I allowed to submit it?
It better if you make another because the goal, is to make a game in the allotted time
