Adult content is fine as long as it's probably labeled? (by going into metadata and then classification and marking it as such)

No problem. You can see the full guidelines itch.io has for labeling adult content here under "Adult content must be labeled"
there are several adult games on itch.io, you just make sure to label it as an adult entry
