I'm just curious about what skills some people look for.

Also wondering how people find a team?
So far, I have received no replies on any of my comments, but I find some people with basically nothing written down, and they have like 2-3 replies.
I'm new to finding a team and idk what I'm doing wrong, if anything. (probably everything)

Have you tried chatting in the discord server? There have been lots of chatting over there and teams forming very quickly
