Unfortunetly I got some wierd bug, when I pressed [Space] I think the game scene reloaded because I saw a transition, but in wierd way, the gamera broke, and audio layers merged so the soundtrack and sounds started playing multiple times with small latency. Idk if on space bar was some dev debug tool or something but finnaly it broke my game when I spamed space bar xD

However beside this bug, I like the idea of monster under the bed and also realization is preatty neat! Like the sprites and overall artstyle and audio, keep it up ^^

Developer

Yeah that's a bug I'm aware of but not able to fix. Funnily enough it's the byproduct of me fixing another game-breaking bug lol

I know what's causing it and will  fix it in the next patch but for now just don't press space (luckily its something you ever need to press)

Glad you enjoyed it regardless!

Super impressive you managed to make this! Having to click rapidly to shoot bullets is annoying though. Also maybe have less knockback on enemies as they go flying in different directions when hit.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I'm aware of the enemies having wonky knockback mechanics, that's something I'm hoping to fix at some point but I haven't entirely nailed down what causes it (I have a hunch, though)
