Very cool gameplay concept! Reminds me of a set of levels in Celeste. Also love the visuals. Having a background music would have been really good here. Good job!
Visuals work really strong here, although the lack of audio is a little discomforting while you're jumping around in the void of silence. The AI works pretty well here, took me a while to figure out that the white knight is copying me with some additional long jump tricks up his sleeve. I would also love the ability to choose which portal to move, could add an interesting depth to the game :)
Hey, sorry for the audio, I just felt like the audio being rushed would actually be worse than no audio at all. Glad you enjoyed the game, if I ever decide to extend this project I would probably go with the more classical portal route, I felt like the current approach is limiting all the possibilities with various puzzles.
well damn that's really cool gameplay mechanic, the game's pretty challenging and the jumping can be frustrating from time to time, but the visuals are amazing and it's still worth a play! :)
Thanks for playing! Had to hotfix those damned stairs, too many complaints about that :p
Visually stunning game, the portal mechanic is really complex and i didnt understand it fully. Maybe i am just bad^^
Thanks! It's as simple as what GLaDOS said "speedy thing goes in, speedy thing comes out." :)
Love the portal mechanic. really creative and cool. However a little more explanation might be nice. I ended up giving up on the dungeon level because i had no clue you had to light up the torches. Well done though!
Thanks, I though that the character saying that you have to light up the torches is enough :p Maybe you've missed that somehow?
Don't worry about audio, it's not bugged, I just ran out of time before I was able to implement it :)
