Interesting concept. Here's my playthrough.

Wow! Thank you very much for the review! Really enjoy your walkthrough and dedication! I have learnt a lot about what I should improve from you! Good job! :D

Glad to be of service.

I think this was well made, the maps are nice and there is a lot of character... but I don't really know what the game is about yet. I walked around, talked to people, helped someone find her stolen stuff, but what is the main premise of the game (or, the future game that this is a prototype for, rather)? Based on this demo, I would think I am just helping people everyday, but will there be some sort of bonding system, a combat system or a system that utilizes stats in anyway, etc? I guess I just really want to know what IS "Dorm" exactly, ya know? There is a lot of heart and effort into this I can tell, so I hope you are able to answer those questions (not just for me, but for yourself) and take this to the next level! Good job with what you did, and keep up the good work!

Hello there!

Thank you very much for the feedback and support :D! It is super useful for our future development! The game is centred around a student dorm and as the plot progresses, you need to reveal its underlying secrets, as things are not what they are like on the surface. It will become more like a thriller and mystery game, we planned to develop 3 chapters of the game for the jam, but however ran out of development time ;(, this prototype only contains chapter 1.

The game will have a bonding system. The progression and ending of the game will depend on how you interact with characters and events. There will also be a real-time combat system.

We will keep on working with the project, and we feel that Unity will be a more suitable engine, as there will be a lot of mechanics involved and can be more efficiently done with Unity. We will keep posting about the game once development started! Thanks again for the support! :D
