Seems like the money pickups are incredibly rare, but fun overall.
The music is really excellent!
Space shooters are always really nice
The different background layers moving as you move are disorienting in a very spacey way, I think this is what really sets your gameplay apart
I felt like the ship’s firerate was a little too slow, I would have enjoyed for you to be able to fire more, perhaps have a rapid fire at some point?

the parallax effect is always a cool thing
it might be a little slow but there are more characters with other types of guns you can try too
oh man i REALLY love the controls and music
Feels great to play, the controls are snappy and everything just works. My only nitpick is that the cursor is too large / not transparent and makes seeing what I'm aiming at difficult.
thanks I didn't think about the cursor being a bit transparent, that's a good idea I will fix it :)
The music and the assets for this are terrific!
My favourite game of the Jam so far. I know it's just Asteroids with twist but it's just a tight little game with good controls and some banging music.
