I think you and your team did a really great job with this game. It's a fully-fleshed adventure game, with lots of lore text, some minor key puzzles, and a time-sensitive mechanic that makes this game as complete as one could hope for a jam submission!
I like the approach to the Resident Evil style fixed perspective camera. This contributed well to aspects of the game, including encouraging exploration, and evoking the long corridors, confining spaces, and general uneasiness inherent in the ship's setting.
The inclusion of multiple endings was a nice touch that added to the replayability of the game as well as to provide the player with an additional layer of exploration. It would have been a little nice for the endings to be better differentiated, but all good!
Just some points of constructive feedback:
Fixed perspective cameras and controls are enemies of each other. Whilst it's easy to adapt, consider how you can ensure the player has an intuitive sense of direction input if the camera angles are changing often. Moreover, with fixed perspective, make sure that it's clear where the player can go so that the camera doesn't end up obscuring necessary areas or items in play.
I think the addition of an item menu was a great idea to guide the player, but I would have added it a little earlier and made more obvious, as there is a chance players can get to the exit door without it and be frustrated by the need to continue looking everywhere for the necessary items.
I did a playthrough video of the game below:
This is a great submission! It's not easy to collaborate with a team, and you all should feel very accomplished with the game that you've submitted.
