A fun challenging top down shooter! The animations, sprites, and particles were really polished!
The only 2 things I'd reduce would be the screen shake just a tad and the time between waves.

I like the character sprites and animations!
Very action packed game, following the jam theme.
The screenshake is a bit too strong and it's even worse in a large monitor. I hope you can add settings to lower the intensity and be able to play in windowed mode too.
The UI doesn't seem to scale well with larger monitors. I think there was supposed to be a button to press when I died but it was huge and covered half of my ultrawide screen.
Overall, good work!
Gameplay is fun and frantic, and the characters are really well animated!
I especially like how you get a slow-down effect and temporary power-up when you dodge in time, it makes dodging really satisfying both visually and mechanically.
Visual effects are amazing, but maybe tone it down a little when theres alot of enemies? I love the effects but the shaking made me a little nauseous at later waves.
I'm interested to know more about how you did the animations, is it animated with live2d/dragonbones/spine or something else entirely?
This was a pretty fun base! I like the aesthetic and the ambience of the music and sound design.
I'm sorry, little bau baus...
- I think I managed to break it a tiny bit with my laptop's massive 4K display... any time I'd die, a big orange screen would appear that I'd just click on, and I could respawn right where I was and keep fighting -- even when my sanctuary was destroyed LOL
- Moona's machine gun staff shook the screen quite a bit! Might be a tad much, but the impact is very apparent either way.
- More variety in the enemies and in the players would be dope future extensions to this! I could also picture earning points or some kind of currency to unlock other characters with unique abilities and possibly even upgrade them or the sanctuary to provide bonuses -- almost turning it into a roguelike, of sorts.
