I am unity game dev for almost 2 years now. I am really bad at art but quite decent at coding, I have made a horror game called Grandpa chapter 1 with assets. I would love to team up with a good artist. Drop your DC willing to team up !
PSX is one of the easiest styles to replicate without an artist. Uses resources like this to find low-poly and PSX assets, make sure to check the licenses. I hope you find an artist but don't give up on your artistic vision if you can't find one.
