I just need a couple of programmers, character artists, background artists have to be original characters and backgrounds and even a composer to compose original music.  I am going to join the Gothic Novel Jam yet, I am looking for 5 voice actors to join in the cast with me. 

The name of the visual novel will come soon enough as soon as I update the name of the visual novel on the 6th.
