I also <3 godot!  It was a weird that I had to manually reset when missed a jump, but obvs not a deal-breaker.  It was also super stressful how little you could see horizontally; since you only go right, shifting the camera to see more would be nice.

Yeah, I have also gotten that request, I'll definitely consider that, especially consider how small everything is, it would be better to let you see further in front of you. Thx for playing, and thx for the feedback <3

little bit hard to see where I'm going as the camera lags behind. maybe move the camera bit forwards to the direction of movement as it is going quite speed for such a small screen area. Controls feel slippery. of course these camera and controls can be a game mechanic and a choice. The spikes are bit unfair as they pop just before you walk over them. with the speed you can go it is not possible to avoid them in time the first time you touch them. I didn't even see the spikes the first time I walked over them. Also you can just hit the side of the block that is spikes and get respawned to the start, which is probably not intended. Music stops playing, maybe make it looping track. I just can't get past the spike-level. sorry. but good job for a gamejam-game! it is mostly fledged out to be playable otherwise.

Fun jump n run game. The music slaps xD

I also like the quick feeling there is too it. Makes my fingers tingle and want to speedrun as fast as possible! Dying doesn't feel as bad cause you are quick to get back to where you left off!

I kept failing on stage two unfortunately so I can't rate beyond it. Took me 3-4 attempts to realise there are spikes on the ground when I got reset. It happens too quick for me haha

As constructive feedback: Try making hitboxes as favorable for the player as possible, instead of "as accurate as possible." So that the spikes and player have a slightly smaller hurtbox than their sprite.

Cool submission overall, enjoyed playing ^^

I appreciate the feedback, :). Also the music comes from a demo withing FamiStudios, it's a 8/16bit music editor, not me. I wanted to make something of my own, but not enough time.

Very cute.. I found the thing!

I did have a bit of trouble sliding into the side of spike blocks and dying but managed to finish the game!
