I never would've thought to make a dice-roll based RPG, but now it makes total sense. This was awesome!

Loved the simple graphics and quirky characters (stonks got me gud), and the music slaps. Using dice rolls to attack the enemies with randomising effects was super creative, and adding more dice effects after each boss kept it fresh and enjoyable. The dialogue also made me chuckle.

I wasn't sure about the rules of the game for a while, and although I definitely understood them by the second boss it would've been nice to have a basic explanation. I didn't realise what each of the dice actually did until I saw the explanations between enemies.

Real nice work peeps!

I love this game! The Undertale-esque graphics and gameplay are definitely inspired by the original but I like how you made it your own. Also you did the random die attacks really well. In other games, it seemed like it was up to too much chance about how much damage something does, and that can get very frustrating. I didn't get annoyed at your game though because all the attacking felt really polished. Overall a really great job and a fantastic jam submission!

Great dialogue, especially the onion puns! Designs all clean and a neat battle system. The game feel was strong and I liked the risk element with the drawback dice
